| I am a lvl 63 Bazaar equiped Necro who does not yet have Embracing Darkness. Any suggestions where to solo Spectral Parchments for ED and other 63 - 64 spells?

Halls of Honor might be the place for you. I remember parchments dropping there some what frequently, and there are kite areas in the corner rooms of the zones. XP is pretty good too.
Spec parchments are a little rare in this zone, but you can always sell the Ether parchments and buy your spells. Besides, it's a crap shoot on turn-ins so buying the last couple is usually the best solution unless you are overflowing with parchments, which isn't your case right now.

| Just an update for any who are curious. I have been kiting Guardians and Sentrys for a while now using Devouring Darkness and while I have had a fair number of resists, if you can kite Sentries - who are not slowable - there should be no problems.

| i dont think i ever cast devouring darkness. everyone i knew just used dooming darkness forever until embracing darkness. then again, our gear sucked, so mana was an issue. 120 mana vs 400
|

I'm with you Pharren. And if I remember right, the casting time on Devouring Darkness was insane too. I bought it and then just never used it.
